1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BullionCoin Network application ("App") or visiting our website at bullioncoin.network ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App or Website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service

BullionCoin Network provides real-time precious metals price tracking (gold and silver), portfolio management, price alerts, market intelligence, and related features. The App is available on iOS and offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Portfolio data is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to our servers.

4. No Financial Advice

The information provided through the App and Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. BullionCoin Network is not a broker, dealer, or registered financial advisor. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information provided through our services.

5. Price Data, Market Intelligence, and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and timely price data and market intelligence, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Spot prices are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, unavailable, or differ from actual market prices. Precious metals markets may be closed on weekends and holidays, during which displayed prices reflect the last available data.

Market intelligence features — including the Gold/Silver Ratio (GSR) analysis, real interest rate signal, zone classifications, trend charts, and related commentary — are derived from publicly available data sources such as the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) service operated by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. This data includes, but is not limited to, the Effective Federal Funds Rate (DFF) and the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPIAUCSL) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

All such data is provided on an "as is" basis. BullionCoin Network does not independently verify data obtained from third-party sources and is not responsible for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in such data. Calculations derived from third-party data (including real interest rates, zone classifications, and historical trends) may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial or investment decision. Do not rely solely on our data for trading or investment decisions.

6. User Accounts and Authentication

The App uses anonymous authentication. No email address, password, or personal identity is required to use the service. Your anonymous account is linked to your device. If you delete the App or your device data, your anonymous account and any associated cloud data (such as alerts and goals) may be permanently lost. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your anonymous session.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription tiers billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Pricing, billing, and refund terms are subject to Apple's policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance as required by Apple's policies.

8. Community Data and Dealer Intelligence

The App may allow you to share anonymized dealer premium data with the community. By opting in, you grant BullionCoin Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to aggregate, display, and analyse the anonymized data for the benefit of all users. No personally identifiable information is attached to community-shared data. We do not verify the accuracy of community-contributed data and are not liable for any decisions made based on it.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App, Website, or our APIs
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or its backend services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party services used by the App
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicence any data obtained from the App or Website
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious data through any feature, including dealer premium sharing or feedback
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App and Website are owned by BullionCoin Network and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services and Data Providers

The App relies on third-party services including, but not limited to, precious metals price data providers, the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API operated by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase), and Apple's App Store and push notification services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Data obtained from FRED and other government or public sources is subject to revision by the issuing agency and may be updated, corrected, or restated without notice. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App or Website. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time without prior notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that price data will be accurate or timely, or that defects will be corrected.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullionCoin Network, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or Website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, or financial losses resulting from reliance on price data or other information provided through the service. Our total cumulative liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BullionCoin Network and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Privacy

Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or Website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us via the feedback form. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of England and Wales.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BullionCoin Network regarding your use of the App and Website, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

23. Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. The following additional terms apply to your use of the App as obtained through the Apple App Store. These terms are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

  • Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and BullionCoin Network only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). BullionCoin Network, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Scope of Licence. The licence granted to you is a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Maintenance and Support. BullionCoin Network is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
  • Warranty. BullionCoin Network is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Product Claims. BullionCoin Network, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
  • Intellectual Property Claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, BullionCoin Network, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
  • Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
